RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
 

Welcome to ATALI. By proceeding with your rental, you agree to the following terms designed to ensure a smooth rental experience for all.

📦 ORDERS, PAYMENT & BOOKING

  • Full payment is required to confirm your booking. No reservation is considered final until payment is received and acknowledged.

  • An additional refundable security deposit (depending on the clothes) is required besides the actual rental fee. Refund is subjected upon return without any damage or flaws.

  • Please send your proof of payment (screenshot) via:

  • Accepted payment methods: CASH, GCash & BDO

  • An order confirmation with full details will be sent via email after payment is verified.

  • First-time renters will be asked to provide a valid ID for security purposes. IDs are kept confidential and used only to process your rental.

  • Cancellations are not accepted. If your item does not fit, you may request a one-time exchange based on availability


    • A fitting session may be booked for a fee of ₱500.
    • This fee is consumable and will be credited to your total rental fee if you proceed with a rental.
    • The fitting fee is non-refundable if you decide not to rent any item.

Understanding Your Rental Terms & Conditions

  • The standard rental period is 1-3 days.

  • Longer rental periods than discussed are available for additional fees.

  • Extensions beyond days are subject to availability and will incur a ₱500/day late fee and failure of refunding the additional deposit fee.

  • Please notify us in advance if you expect any delays — we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

ITEM CARE & GUIDELINES

  • All pieces are professionally cleaned, steamed, and inspected before each rental.

  • No need to wash or clean the item after use — we've got that covered.

  • Please return each item with all accessories (e.g. garment bag, hanger, etc).

  • Do not alter, cut, pin, dye, or modify the garment in any way.

  • Wet photoshoots, pool shoots, or activities involving liquids are not allowed.

  • If an item is damaged or lost, the renter agrees to pay the full retail price or repair fee, depending on the situation.

🚚  DELIVERY & RETURNS

  • All deliveries are handled via trusted third-party couriers.

  • We will book the delivery and send you the tracking details and total shipping fee. Shipping is cash on delivery (COD).

  • A pick-up option may be available depending on your location.

  • Returns must be made by 5:00 PM on the final rental day.

  • Delays will incur a ₱500/day late fee, charged immediately.

  • Please message us on the return day for coordination and pickup instructions.
