REFUND POLICY
1. Rental Fee

The rental fee varies depending on the clothing item selected.

Once the item has been picked up or shipped, the rental fee is non-refundable.
2. Refundable Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required per rental transaction.

This deposit will be fully refunded after the clothing is returned in acceptable condition (no damage, stains, or missing parts).

Deductions may be made from the deposit in cases of late return, damage, or loss.
3. Cancellation Policy

Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, we do not offer refunds for cancellations, change of mind, or fit issues. This is because items are reserved exclusively for your rental period and made unavailable to other clients.
4. Early Return

Early returns do not qualify for partial refunds once the rental period has started.
5. Exchanges

Exchanges are possible before the rental period begins, depending on availability. Please

contact us as soon as possible to request a change.
6. Rescheduling

Rental dates can be rescheduled once, at least 3 days before the actual date, depending on item availability.
